Afiya Al Madinah Hotel Project - Radisson Red:
In collaboration with the Tourism Development Fund

The project aims to develop a modern hotel under the globally recognized Radisson RED brand. It will be located on a government-owned investment land plot of approximately 4,104 square meters, spanning 9 floors.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to support and grow the tourism sector, enhance hospitality infrastructure in Al-Ahsa Governorate, and aligns with the Kingdom’s vision to develop premier tourist destinations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, in partnership with the Tourism Development Fund.

Location: Al-Hofuf City – Al-Bandariyah District – Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Road, opposite Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets.
